What documents should I prepare for a distributorship application?

You can attach documents such as your tax certificate, business license, or relevant permit in PDF, JPG, or PNG format (up to 3 files, 8 MB per file). Document upload is optional — you can also submit your application without documents.

How long after submitting my application will I hear back?

Your application is forwarded to the EFBA evaluation team. If found suitable, you will be contacted via the phone or email you provided in the form.

Which regions are available for distributorship?

Provincial distributorship and regional distribution models are evaluated across Türkiye. It is sufficient to state the region you are requesting in the form.

Can I apply if I don't have cold chain or warehouse infrastructure?

Yes. It is enough to state your current warehouse capacity in the form; cold chain is recommended but not required for the exosome product group, and companies still setting up infrastructure are also evaluated.

Can there be more than one distributor in the same region?

This is evaluated based on the distributorship type (provincial, regional, or single point) and existing coverage density in the region; the final decision is clarified during the review process.
